Willie or a senior lead walks the project with you. We listen first, measure, and leave with a clear understanding of the scope.

Most consults run an hour. We walk the space, ask about how you live in it, look at what the structure will and will not allow, and check the condition of existing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC that may be affected by the project. You leave with our honest read on the project, including a budget range, before we ever quote you a number.

A detailed scope of work with material selections and a firm price. Every line item is on the page before a single decision gets locked in.

The scope phase is where the vision becomes a plan. We walk through material options together, discuss design choices, and help you make informed decisions about where to invest and where to save. For larger projects, we coordinate with architects and designers to develop construction-ready plans. You sign nothing until the scope reads exactly the way you want.

Our crews run the build. Clean jobsite at the end of every day. Honest schedule. Direct communication.

We coordinate every trade (plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, cabinetry, finish) so you have a single point of contact. Floor and surface protection in lived-in spaces. Daily site cleanup before crew leaves. Photo updates from the jobsite each week. Permits pulled and inspections coordinated. If a schedule date moves, you hear it from us before the day arrives.

Final payment is only due after we walk every detail together and you are satisfied. Punch list closed. Keys delivered.

The final walkthrough is your opportunity to inspect every aspect of the work and note anything that needs attention. We address any items before closing out the project. We hand over a closeout binder: manuals, paint colors, model numbers, our 2-year workmanship guarantee in writing, and a single phone number to call if anything ever shows up.
