The payment schedule is clearly outlined in your contract so there are no surprises. We do not ask for full payment until the project is complete and you have walked it with us.

Every W&S Construction project includes a 2-year workmanship guarantee in writing. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are additional. Specific warranty terms are included in your project contract. If something goes wrong, you call Willie. We come back.
